12Stone Church is the largest Methodist church in the world and one of the fastest growing in the United States. Every weekend he offers his 30.000 parishioners more than 20 religious services held on four campuses. Maxwell, as well as the Williams auditorium that integrates a large digital library.

In the construction of the Sugarloaf campus, 12Stone Church worked with Blue Hat Design to create video production facilities that include an auditorium of 1.000 seating, a control room and 250 seats that make up the Williams Auditorium.

The audio system, Video and communications installed by Blue Hat Design allows 12Stone to deliver live teaching in real time for all four campuses, as well as transmit from one of the two 'live teaching campuses' at any time. New fiber video connections link all four campuses and support time-shifting capabilities so teaching can be shared.

Maxwell, church leader, and the Williams Auditorium with the central nave, Blue Hat Design used the parent platform for intercom, Artist of Riedel Communications. The objective was to achieve reliable and flexible communications for the real-time collaborative production of worship services..

“The 12Stone Church production team has had excellent results performing Artist intercom on the main campus for the past seven years, so Riedel technology was the ideal solution for this project. We do not consider the use of other intercom communications products.. “Artist was very easy to install and configure and its flexibility gives the production team the freedom to make changes as needed on the fly.”, explains David Roche, Project Manager de Blue Hat Design.

The new Riedel system installed by Blue Hat Design uses fiber links between 12Stone Church campuses to connect to the existing Artista intercom system on the church's main campus. 12Stone production team takes advantage of Artist being a matrix system, using it to isolate different users according to the needs of the ongoing production.

“The Artist intercom system is ideal for collaborative production in any environment, and the new 12Stone church installation is a perfect example of how flexible these systems can be in facilitating and enriching events held across multiple sites.”, dijo Christopher Street, general manager North and Central America de Riedel Communications.

Artis is an intercom matrix platform designed for analog and digital audio distribution., as well as TCP/IP data signals. The system is based on a fiber bus type network that provides a decentralized infrastructure for your audio and intercom applications..

This Riedel platform provides array sizes from 8 x 8 ports up 1,024 x 1,024. Multiple nodes can be interconnected via a dual fiber optic ring to form a single larger array. The maximum distance between two nodes can be up to 500 series meters and, optionally, until 20 km.

With a capacity of up to 128 intercom ports for each chassis, Artist enables a high degree of decentralization of the entire matrix with high profitability. Each chassis can be installed near the intercom panels on each specific stage or set, saving on wiring and installation costs.
