Rentokil Initial digitizes the communication of its centers in France with AG Neovo and Aopen
The workplace hygiene services company Rentokil Initial France has installed a digital signage network, made up of screens 40 inches from AG Neovo that works with Aopen players and Scala software, to promote its corporate communication in twenty-nine centers.
Focused on offering global safety and hygiene services at work, Rentokil Initial France has internal communication as a fundamental element of its success, with special emphasis on local action in line with the needs of the companies to which it provides its services, while ensuring compliance with group-level policies in areas such as health and safety, the behavior, environment and product management.
To improve corporate communication with its employees and clients, The company has opted for digital signage technology, with the installation of screens 40 inches of AG Neovo in twenty-nine break rooms at their local centers, that show information of interest about their work and safety and hygiene advice, pest control, new products, etc.
All screens work with the firm's digital signage players Open, specifically with the Digital Engine DE7000 model, that are connected in a broader network to comply with the company's code of conduct, whose contents are managed both by those responsible for the national headquarters and by some local agents from their factories., managed with software Scala.
For the design and implementation of this digital communication project, Rentokil Initial has trusted the local systems integrator TMM Communication, that in the words of its marketing and development director, Fabrice Desprats, explains that “to create the network for internal communication between the different places of the company, we opted for Aopen's Digital Engine DE7000 systems for their performance and ease of management.. “We choose our hardware and software carefully to provide our customers with a stable and reliable solution that meets their needs.”.
The corporate communication solution that TMM has installed and integrated into Rentokil Initial France has been carried out at a national level and is intended, mainly, to employees in their different local centers who do not have access to the company intranet, so much of the system has been standardized by headquarters, so that everyone receives the same standardized information.
“All systems work 24/7 in closed spaces - explains Desprats- and that is why at TMM we decided to work with Aopen hardware, since its Digital Engine multimedia players have proven their performance and reliability in difficult environments and under different temperature conditions. Each model has passed vibration testing for this installation, proving that it is a reliable product with a long useful life, which also works perfectly with Scala software, which further limits network failures and guarantees operations.”.
