Azkoyen integrates Icon Multimedia digital signage into its smart vending machine

Digital signage is becoming established in new sectors, like vending, to improve communication with the consumer and make sales profitable. The new Novara Smart system, developed by the specialist Azkoyen Vending, is an example of this with the incorporation of a 15″, Icon Multimedia's digital signage software for vending machines and Intel technology.

The VendingParis competition, which will take place 18 al 19 March in the French capital, has been the scenario chosen by Azkoyen Vending (hall 7.2 – stand S021) to present Novara Smart, a smart vending machine thanks to digital signage software for vending Icon Multimedia and technology Intel, which demonstrates the commitment of this sector to the communication and promotion possibilities offered by digital signage technology., as reported Digital AV Magazine.

This business unit specialized in vending machines of the technological multinational Azkoyen participates again as an exhibitor at VendingParis 2015, in Paris Porte de Versailles, to present its first smart vending machine, designed to enhance coffee consumption in these systems and make management and promotion more profitable for operating companies in this sector.

With the name Novara Smart, This smart coffee vending system integrates technology Intel and Deneva digital signage software, developed specifically for this type of systems by Icon Multimedia.

The system has a screen 15 inches in which Premium coffee promotions from the vending machine itself are shown, snacks from another slave vendor, as well as nutritional information of the drinks, to which, according to the company, New features will be added soon, as general information (news, time, games,…) or a channel to show information about the place where the vending machines are installed.

Besides, Azkoyen will officially present the new Button Barista App in France, that allows the user of its coffee vending systems to personalize the drinks to taste, as well as its full range of vending and semi-automatic coffee machines, including the Vitro Espresso model, and snacks and soft drinks, like Palma+ H87 XtraDrinks, as well as new technological advances such as the touch keyboard.
