Guus Meeuwis' last concert in the show Groots met een zachte G was broadcast live on Dutch television. An event that featured Analog Way's LiveCore AV processor platform to configure the video system.

To show the live video cameras and graphic content, a giant LED screen has been used. 700 m², with a resolution of 7,680×2.400 pixels and two Analog Way Ascend scalers 48 to feed the contents.

“Our client's biggest concern was the delay between cameras and screens. To find the best system available on the market with the lowest latency, we did several tests. For additional PIPs and Cut transitions & Fill were used 2 Ascend 32. The LiveCore platform, allowed for seamless adjustment of all moving images and native backgrounds, as well as masks with gradient edges. Native backgrounds were generated by a Lightdesk content server, synchronized with sound.

To ensure current loss, were used 2 Redundant power supplies for Ascender 48. Analog Way Secure Power Units are redundant external power supplies with internal batteries that keep Ascender 48 for more than 10 minutes in perfect operation when a power failure occurs.

The entire show was controlled via Analog Way's premium Vertige remote controller. “The Vertige is perfect for live music events, since it is very stable and reliable.
