Coinciding with the celebration of the sixtieth anniversary since it opened its doors in Barcelona, This German cultural institute has decided to opt for digital signage technology with a video wall, installed by AGO2 Communication, configured with aracast Digital Signage, Philips 55” monitors and Chief stands, to improve communication with your students and visitors.
With sixty years of cultural activity and teaching since it opened its doors in Barcelona, Goethe-Institut Barcelona encourages activities, workshops, cultural life seminars, social and political of Germany, as well as learning this language and relationships for work and business opportunities in that country.
After changing its headquarters a year ago for a more modern one, very close to the emblematic Sagrada Familia, and better communicated, The institute is not only commemorating this more than half a century in the Catalan capital with open days, but also wanted to improve communication and services to spread German culture and language and improve links between Catalonia and this European country with digital signage technology..
The chosen solution, and installed by the visual communication specialist based in Barcelona AGO2 Communication, has been a video wall with aracast Digital Signage (whose products it distributes in the Spanish market Tecco), configured with three digital signage monitors Philips Signage Solutions, specifically the model of 55 inches BDL5530QL, that is supported on the wall with three tiltable portrait supports of the MTMP1U model of Chief Manufacturing.
This dynamic digital communication system has an aracast HD player with triple synchronized output (one to each Full HD monitor), as well as an Aracast Link HTML5 license (to display HTML5 applications and websites in real time) and aracast Stream to display streaming video.
The video wall allows Goethe-Institut Barcelona to transmit attractive messages to its students and visitors to its activities, workshops, seminars, courses, etc. as well as cultural information, social and political of Germany and cooperation with Spain.
