Parrot brings its professional drones for agriculture and difficult structures to CES 2016
Creativity, experience and technology in civil drones and connected objects for the agricultural and automotive sectors mark the novelties that Parrot presents these days at CES 2016 in las vegas.
The French multinational participates in the CES competition 2016, until next time 9 January in Las Vegas, with the new civil drones that will be available on the market this year, like disco parrot, an ultralight wing-shaped system, capable of rising as if it were a bird, a Parrot Pot, a gardening robot that measures critical parameters for plant growth, while managing irrigation autonomously.
In this sense, The company shows its experience around two consolidated development areas: precision agriculture with senseFly, Airinov vs MicaSense: an offer that combines sensors adapted to different types of crops, Mapping solutions and advanced software solutions for agricultural information analysis by drones.
Another application in which Parrot develops its business activity is the inspection of risky places or structures with the senseFly eXom drone and Pix4D Capture software solutions. & Pix4D Folders.
In the connected object environment, Parrot Pot is a smart pot or gardening robot that measures critical parameters for plant growth, while managing irrigation autonomously. Another new feature is Flower Power 2.0, a completely redesigned application with a library with more than 8.000 plants.
Also very present in the leisure environment, the company has presented Parrot Bebop 2, an all-in-one drone 500 grams of weight that integrates a full-HD wide-angle camera, with a flight time autonomy of 25 minutes.
