InFocus brings together Jupiter and Avistar technologies to develop new collaboration solutions

Canvas Touch and the ConX platform are the fruit of InFocus' recent acquisitions and offer video conferencing environments designed for the office, meeting rooms and the educational field. Solutions designed to be used with a single screen, mobile terminal or video wall.

InFocus has unveiled its new collaboration solutions for the office, meeting and control rooms; and that are the result of its recent acquisitions, that of Jupiter Systems, held last October, and that of Spot, at the beginning of 2015.

The new proposals, that were presented in the last edition of WHEREAS, which was celebrated from 9 al 12 February in Amsterdam, are InFocus Canvas Touch and the ConX platform.

InFocus Canvas Touch combines the InFocus 4K capacitive touchscreen with the Jupiter Canvas CRS-4K conference room solution, allowing teams to collaborate with remote users using Canvas on mobile devices, laptops, desktop and video wall.

This 'all-in-one' tool allows the exchange of information (application data, pages web…) in real time. Using the same dynamic two-way annotation editing and data sharing available in Cavas, Now adding the capability of a high-definition touch screen from which users can share and create a collaborative environment in real time from multiple locations, in the same way as if they were all working in the same room.

On the screen Canvas Touch, available in format 65 inches, up to six simultaneous sources are displayed, including H.264 videos, vnc display windows, web pages and SimpleShare. This allows presentations to be made from any laptop or desktop computer..

ConX Platform

InFocus ConX is a collaboration solution, designed for the corporate environment, offering a customizable mix of products, software and services. Like the previous one, Its objective is the interconnection of all types of devices, eliminating physical barriers and making connections in real time.

Facilitates the connection of people and ideas. Integrates advanced video and information sharing technologies into a fully configurable and scalable solution. This platform is made up of several solutions prepared for the company, including ConX Wall and ConX Exec systems. Two solutions that have multiple videoconferencing and content sharing terminals, configurable for a wide range of applications, from the executive office of the boardroom.

Using multiple ultra-thin bezel high-definition displays, Users can customize ConX solutions for any size, ranging from single display configurations to a large video wall.

What differentiates ConX Wall and ConX Exec, addition to video wall display, It is a multipoint video conferencing control unit (MCU) integrated into the server. The server allows users to configure and change each input image to any number of screens instantly.

Like InFocus Canvas Touch, ConX combines the advantages of Jupiter Systems and Avistar technology, to provide scalable solutions, flexible and affordable.

These proposals offer advanced functionalities such as touch capacity, 4K resolution and customizable video conferencing solutions, with end-to-end integration for a seamless user experience.
