Matrox C900: single slot graphics card for 3 video walls×3

The latest card that Matrox has added to the C-Series line, It's the C900, a single slot graphics card with 9 Departures, compatible con 9 screens from 1920×1.080 a 60 Hz. An ideal solution for digital signage applications, presentation and control rooms.

The C900 graphics card, presented by Matrox Graphics in WHEREAS 2016, which closed its doors last Friday 12 February, It has been designed for use with video walls, in configurations of 3×3 o 9×1, that require a single slot.

Matrox C900 is a PCI Express graphics card 3.0 x16 with 4 GB of memory that supports nine displays, at a maximum resolution of 1,920×1.080 per screen, or a total desktop resolution of 5,760×3.240, in a 3 screen configuration×3. It can support more displays by inserting two C900 cards or one together with a six-output C680 in a system to use a video wall of 15 o 18 screens.

Card-to-card frame lock feature ensures synchronization of all screens. Includes nine mini-HDMI connectors, supports digital audio over HDMI and is compatible with DirectX 12 y OpenGL 4.4, as well as with Matrox Mura IPX Series 4K capture cards and IP encoding and decoding cards.

With an energy consumption of 75 W, also offers digital signage and easy integration with video wall vendors at a lower cost of ownership.

Extended desktop support across nine synchronized outputs lets you run any application full screen across a 3-inch video wall.×3, making it the ideal card for signage installations in retail environments, corporate, entertainment and reception, as well as in the control room, process and transportation control.

The C900 card includes Matrox PowerDesk desktop management software for Windows that provides a complete toolset and includes panel administration and EDID management, to easily configure and manage multi-display setups. There are a number of advanced APIs available to developers and OEMs for rapid construction of custom interfaces and applications..
