The Abu Dhabi Education Council relies on Wavetec management and interaction systems
This educational organization in the capital of the United Arab Emirates has improved the service experience for its citizens with the technology of this manufacturer, that offers interaction, measurement and organization in your visitor reception area.
Abu Dhabi Education Council (Adequate) It is the only educational body responsible for the development and implementation of educational policies in the United Arab Emirates, in addition to a legislative institution focused on research projects in education and community surveys to facilitate reforms in schools.
To improve your visitor area, a space in which this organization interacts with people who request its services to complete transactions, Adec selected the queue management technology of Wavetec, in collaboration with local integrator Visionaire, to design, develop and implement the Wavesphere queue and waiting management system, which has now expanded (more data in Digital AV Magazine).
This comprehensive management system for the flow of clients or visitors from Wavetec is based on three methodological pillars: organization, interaction and measurement, that play a key role in improving Adec's visitor and services area.
In this sense, Wavesphere has a dual printer and self-service touch screen that allows each person to collect a ticket in which a unique identification number is assigned, thanks to multifunctional software that makes it easy to select the category of service you wish to receive. When removing the ticket with the identification number, the visitor enters a virtual waiting line.
To integrate and improve the service, The devices have been strategically located at two specific points of contact and interaction in the visitor area. Besides, and taking into account the variety and dynamism of the flow of people who visit Adec, both tickets and touch screens offer information in English and Arabic for clear and accurate communication across all channels.
To keep the visitor's attention during the waiting time, Fifteen LED screens and speakers have been installed in each of the reception spaces, through which the service number assigned to each visitor on the ticket is also announced and shown on the display in each waiting room.
Through both messages (visual and audio) Visitors are informed of the end of their waiting time and of the representative who will answer their query.. To do this, the system integrates the Auto-Next component into the visitor calling algorithm., so that this new operating system ensures a constant and uninterrupted flow of care, which is activated as soon as each person collects their ticket with the assigned service number.
At the same time, Thanks to this algorithm, operational efficiency increases significantly, since Adec staff reduce downtime in the service intervals between one visitor and another.
Regarding the monitoring and optimization of the operational performance of ATMs, Wavetec has installed Wavesphere Portal, an online management tool that allows the user to access an updated control panel, histories, performance reports and business intelligence reports. These performance indicators are of great help to improve Adec's management and offer a better service..
