Newline Interactive will bring its Trutouch X Series all-in-one visual solution to SIMO Education

Designed in two sizes of 70 and 55 Inch, the American manufacturer offers teachers and students the possibility of training and collaborating both in person and remotely, via videoconferencing, with these screens.

The X Series interactive touch screens that the manufacturer Newline Interactive, based in Texas, will present the 19 to the 21 October in SIMO Education 2016 at Ifema – Feria de Madrid (pavilion 12 – stand H22) has been designed in two sizes: 70" Trutouch X7 and 55" Trutouch X5, for classrooms, training and collaboration rooms.

Both models offer an improved typing experience. specifically, Trutouch X5 has an IR frame with Flatfrog technology, that greatly speeds up and improves writing over normal IRs, while in the case of Trutouch X7, being a capacitive screen, can be with a touch pen or with your finger (how the X5 allows) and even with a graphite pencil.

Newline's X Series features a very simple interface for one-touch login. Through its touch keys you can access four main functions: collaboration, slate, external sources and storage, with which the user can navigate through the most common collaboration applications, by the slate, by the connected devices or by the integrated OPS PC.

This last element, an i5 with 8GB of RAM and 128 GB SSD, is also removable, which allows to install in the OPS PC other tools of habitual use to make presentations or those specific to each training area, thus adapting the screen to the needs of each moment with total flexibility and simplicity, with the added advantage that simultaneously there is the possibility of generating an annotation layer on any document that is being treated.

To make the collaboration experience more complete it is possible to connect different devices through the multiple input and output ports, as well as via WiFi. In addition, thanks to these ports you can directly display files from a USB key, Dropbox or Google Drive, through the ES File Explorer, Etc.

When the situation requires it, students and teachers can also share the information from their devices with the rest of the room, and at the end of the session, send it by email, upload it to dropbox or share it via a USB device.

One of the differentials of this all-in-one solution is that during the session it is also possible to interact with other people remotely through videoconferencing., since in the same device there are two Full HD wide-angle cameras, a set of microphones and high-quality audio, plus the appropriate software to collaborate via video conferencing.
