JVC has announced that its DLA-Z1 projector now has THX 4K certification, which accredits it as the first team on the market to obtain the highest rating for a team of these characteristics by the THX consortium, after passing not only the 4K tests, but also those corresponding to THX HD.

JVC's new DLA-Z1 features a new native 4K D-ILA device and laser source with dynamic light intensity control to deliver high brightness and high contrast images.
