Castilla-La Mancha bets on digital tourist information media from Infotactile
The project contemplates the deployment of fifteen systems in strategic tourist spots in the community, like the Cuenca Science Museum, the Don Quixote Museum in Ciudad Real and the Santa Cruz Museum in Toledo.
The recent celebration of Feature 2017 in Madrid has been the setting chosen by the general director of Tourism, Commerce and Crafts, Ana Isabel Fernández Samper, to announce that Castilla-La Mancha will soon have fifteen digital tourist information supports at different points of interest in the community.
The project, which is currently in the content generation phase, is based on digital totems Infotactile, brand belonging to the company Wellspring of Ideas, which, at its two meters high, have a 42” touch screen where you can consult all the tourist information thanks to very easy-to-use software developed by the company in different languages., that is being integrated into hotels, museums, consistories, etc.

For now and as Fernández Samper revealed, The first digital tourist information totem will be located in the Cuenca Science Museum, the Don Quixote Museum in Ciudad Real and the Santa Cruz Museum in Toledo, among other strategic tourist and cultural spaces in the Castilian-La Mancha region.
