EET Europarts acquires A2L, French wholesaler specialized in Pro-AV
With this new operation, it seeks to continue growing in the digital signage and Pro-AV business. The wholesaler focuses its activity on three business areas: professional video, Thin client & Zero client and IT Infrastructure solutions.
The distributor of IT products in Europe and manufacturer of Scandinavian technology products, EET Europarts, has acquired the wholesaler of Pro-AV products, A2L, that focuses its activity in the areas of professional video, Thin client & Zero client and IT Infrastructure solutions.
A2L is a well-known in France, with a strong market position within Pro-AV solutions, marketing high-end solutions from different brands such as NEC Display, NEC Enterprise, Dynascan, Hedgehog, Optoma, Toshiba o Samsung, inter alia.
“It is a wholesaler that offers a wide range of quality brands, products and technical solutions, as well as highly qualified service and support for professional installers and integrators. This is why this operation is a perfect combination so that we can continue growing in our Pro-AV and digital signage business.”, affirms Soren Drewsen, Group CEO at EET Group.
EET has set its goal to become one of the main distributors of Pro-AV and digital signage in Europe before 2020, “and the acquisition of A2L is one more step in that direction. It will add new competencies and important brands to our portfolio, in addition to incorporating even more qualified and specialized employees into the organization, strengthening our value-added services to Pro-AV clients”, Drewsen adds..
Acquisitions are an important part of EET's growth strategy in Spain and among its near future plans it plans to continue with this policy.
