Crambo designs the office of the future with the latest collaboration solutions, AV and management of your partners

From the reception to the meeting room, without forgetting the offices and networking areas, The wholesaler has designed a tour with the latest solutions from its represented and own brands to show, in two open days at its Madrid showroom, What will the office of the future be like with the technologies that are already on the market?.

Around a hundred integrators, installers and end clients wanted to know in detail and in a practical way what the office of the future will be like, during the two open days organized by Cramp at its headquarters in Madrid.

The company has designed a practical route in its showroom that begins at the reception, in which a large-format Absen LED screen welcomes employees and visitors to the office, along with a digital totem from Retual (Crambo mark), and analytics/IoT; that continues through the meeting rooms with the new collaboration solutions, video conferencing and room management; passing through offices with wireless management systems, printing and portable devices, to a networking area with interactive panels, printing equipment and paper structures, etc.

An office of the future equipped with technological innovations from Crambo partners and also its own brands, like intel, SMART Technologies, Roll call, Aver, Vogel’s, Sharp, Nureva, Vexia, HP, HSM, Retual, Philips, LifeSize, Crambo wireless, Spotlinker y hey!tech (some of them already analyzed in this online diary), to configure more global spaces, connected and versatile.

An innovative office to encourage the exchange of ideas, share information and improve productivity, in which visual and interactive systems, either in large format or in videowall configuration and running with the ultra-compact Intel Nuc miniPC, They integrate with new videoconferencing and collaboration systems, along with wireless management and AV signal distribution.

Creation and collaboration

Fruit of the recent commercial agreement between the Canadian manufacturer Nureva and Crambo (more data in Digital AV), This office of the future showed the possibilities that Span offers, an interactive collaboration cloud solution to create and share ideas, data, images, etc. on a large virtual canvas, that is projected onto a smooth or foam wall, and that is accessible from all mobile devices (in room or remotely) to connect to this software.

The solution consists of one, two or three company projectors (the latter in blending to form a continuous image without cuts, since each team offers up to six meters of image to compose the virtual canvas) and Span cloud software.

The solution is completed with the integration of the Nureva HDL300 audio conferencing system, that identifies the interlocutor who is currently speaking and assigns him a virtual microphone, with the possibility of having up to 8.192 virtual microphones.

Another novelty of this office of the future that was shown for the first time at these open days was the versatile visual collaboration system Solstice, Developed by the American manufacturer Mersive Technologies, with which Crambo has just signed a distribution agreement for the Spanish market, and that offers an indefinite collaboration of user positions (audio and video), from any device and system (Windows, iOS, Android,…) to share data, images, videos,…in real time, after downloading the application.

Besides, In this space Crambo also presented its own development of digital label hardware for the retail sector, that was displayed on screens 15, 10 y 7 inches and ultra-narrow format (that can be integrated into furniture), for publishing content and product catalog in store. This system allows the user, through the app and identifying the label, can publish its content on the establishment's display.
