The new compact amplifier distributors from Kramer, VM-2UX (1:2), VM-4UX (1:4) y VM-8UX (1:8) extend the 12G-SDI signal up to a distance of 160 meters from source to monitor.

With these devices it is not necessary to use transmitters/receivers for this type of installations and their assembly can carry out, in a simple way, on the ceiling or in a rack (two units in 1U, using the appropriate adapter).

The VS-2UX is a compact 4K distributor 1:2 High performance for SDI standard with data rate up to 12G. Adapts your data transfer to the input signal, equalize, regenerates and distributes the signal to two identical SDI outputs.

It offers data transfer ranging from 270 Mbps up to 12 Gbps, depending on input, and provides 4K resolution at 60 Hz (4:2:2) a 30 bpp. SDI signal transmission is self-adaptive (SDI, HD-SDI, 3G HD-SDI, 6G y 12G) and supports passing through embedded audio channels, identification information and metadata.

The VS-4UX offers the same resolution as the previous one (4K 1:4) and similar features but with four ports; while the VS-8UX offers up to 4K (4:2:2) a 30 bpp with an input range of up to 80 meters to 12 Gbps. This equipment adapts its data transfer to the input signal, equalize, regenerates and distributes signal to eight identical SDI outputs.

Besides, the model of 8 ports, VS-8FDxl, is an all-in-one solution for 3G-SDI, which can be configured as a distributor, selector or array. Any of the eight ports that it incorporates can function as input/output. It has a dual port for 6G-SDI data transfer, seamless switching with genlock input and storage of up to 8 presets.
