The Bank of Russia renovates its conference room with dnp Supernova

To respond to problems with image quality and high lighting in the room, a front projection solution has been installed, composed of a high-contrast Supernova Flex Classic screen.

The Northwest Department of Bank of Russia in St. Petersburg wanted to update the audiovisual equipment in his conference room, since the quality of the images provided by the existing projector of 2.600 lumens and motorized display 300 centimeters wide did not meet the required needs. The new solution had to solve this problem in addition to adapting to an environment that was excessively lit to allow videoconferencing..

The renovation projector was commissioned from the integrator Syntegra. “A standard gain white screen would have required a high performance projector, and the budget did not allow it. Besides, The layout of the room meant that front projection was essential”, comments Vasily Kasavchenko.

The proposed solution has been based on dnp Denmark technology and its Supernova screen, since with this display the desired result is achieved using a medium power projector, that allows you to adapt to the budget. With its black levels and color balance, DNP Supernova screens are ideal for front projection solutions in environments with high levels of ambient light.

The final result in the bank's conference room has been the installation of a high-contrast dnp Supernova Flex Classic motorized screen that joins the 22 personal monitors that replicate the screen image, backed by a switching system Extron that allows you to connect notebooks, interactive displays and video conferencing devices.

The bank currently has a front projection solution that meets the image quality requirements in a brightly lit room..
