The Lluís Vives Business School renews the AV infrastructure of its assembly hall with Vitelsa

The Lluís Vives Business School, is responsible for the training area of ​​the Valencia Chamber of Commerce and for more than 25 years, plays a key role in the community's business fabric, since together with the training of workers, has specialized in training itineraries for the updating and improvement of managers.

To carry out the digitization and audiovisual renovation of its main assembly hall, The school management has trusted Vitelsa, with whom he has already collaborated on previous occasions.

The technological solution presented has taken into account the relevance that audiovisual media have today in training and dissemination environments., while optimizing existing AV equipment. For this, has made a proposal that integrates a part of the AV elements present with state-of-the-art equipment, creating a multipurpose venue that allows different types of events such as seminars to be held, press conferences, corporate meetings, etc.

The improvement of the visualization of multimedia content in the room is obtained with the installation of a double 3LCD projection system of high brightness and Full HD resolution.

These projectors have been complemented with two new large format Full HD LED monitors, located as visual reinforcement on the sides of the stands.

The monitoring and recording of the events that take place in the room is carried out using a robotic Full HD camera., that allows you to configure the automated coverage of the different planes of the tribune and the room assistants.

Room audio capture has been improved with the installation of a new professional grandstand microphone system. New grandstand connection boxes have also been incorporated, with HD video shots, audio and data. The lectern in the living room has been renovated with a new piece of furniture with an avant-garde design, where a gooseneck microphone and new audio connection have been integrated, video and data.

In the control center of the room, the audio and video management electronics have been renewed, forming a new distribution network that allows the insertion and scaling of multimedia signals from multiple sources.

Signal switching is supported with an HD video switcher, capable of simultaneously managing both room video and AV content from auxiliary sources such as PCs, tablets, support professional cameras, etc.

HDBT technology based on video transmission has been selected for this network., audio, control and power via shielded CATx cable, technology that has been deemed appropriate for its professional functionalities and the ability to support digital video signals with resolutions up to 4K, facilitating the venue to have a scalable infrastructure.
