EET Europarts strengthens its offer for the point of sale with the purchase of Janipos
The distributor of POS and Auto ID solutions represents the third strategic acquisition of EET Europarts this year to lead the European technology wholesale market.
The Scandinavian wholesaler EET Europarts continues its expansion and growth strategy with the acquisition of Janipos, which markets POS and Auto ID solutions mainly for the SMB market.
Present in France and Spain for twenty years, Janipos offers solid and recognized experience in project consulting for the SMB reseller segment, from initial design to implementation, “a very important element for EET Europarts Spain, as it strengthens our position in POS and Auto ID, with the incorporation of qualified people in this area”.
In this last aspect and after the acquisition, EET Europarts will take over a dedicated sales and support team and a total of twenty employees from Janipos.
Richard Gregoire, EMEA POS Business Line Director at EET Europarts, underlines that “this acquisition will allow us to improve our positioning in Spain, in an area where our clients increasingly demand more skills and an 'à la carte' type of service.
