The Hanbury Manor hotel renews its meeting rooms with Clevertouch monitors

To adapt the rooms, dedicated to celebrating events and conferences in this picturesque luxury hotel, Clevertouch Pro series devices have been installed.

El lujoso Hanbury Manor Hotel and Country Club, member of the Marriott Group, It is located in Hertfordshire (United Kingdom) surrounded by more than 80 hectares of green areas.

This ancestral country house converted into a hotel has been renovated to adapt its spaces to corporate clients. Concretely, The update focused on the eight rooms dedicated to meetings and events.

To adapt to customer requirements, These rooms required a technological update that adapted to the requirements of clients with high-speed WiFi, easy-to-use presentation equipment and collaboration tools compatible with any device.

To this end, it has updated its digital signage infrastructure and connectivity throughout the building., in addition to installing several interactive screens Clevertouch in their meeting rooms. Hanbury Manor wanted to move beyond projector and projection screen setups to create inclusive collaboration spaces.

The company responsible for carrying out this project was the integrator Enro OFF who recommended the Pro Series “as we consider it to be the best interactive display available for corporate and conference environments.”. It is important for meeting participants to be able to easily turn on and use technology in meeting rooms. “Delegates attending a conference on a tight schedule don’t have time for training or lengthy connection issues.”, comments Enza Nicastro, Director of Business Development at Enro AV.

Clevertouch equipment has been installed in five of the renovated meeting rooms, as well as three new rooms.

Clevertouch screens are easy to use, allowing delegates to connect using their own personal devices, whether it's a mobile, tablet or laptop: Android, iOS, Chrome o Windows.

The hotel plans to use Clevertouch screens in all types of functions, like business meetings, prices, conferences and weddings.

Guests can show slideshows with videos and photos during the holidays, use the screen as a visual aid to accompany a speech “or even transform it into a selfie booth with a simple USB camera”.
