Mondo Ibérica continues to bring LED technology to sports centers

One of his latest projects has been the municipal sports pavilion of Almussafes (Valencia), with a 3 LED screen×2 meters that is used as a marker for matches and other applications.

He Almussafes Town Hall, in the province of Valencia, has trusted the specialist in digital solutions Iberian Mondo to install a state-of-the-art LED screen on the center court of the town's sports center; a project in which he has invested 16,165.60 euros.

With dimensions of 3×2 metros, This Led screen offers a P6 resolution and is made up of cabinets of 100×50 y 50×50 cm. “SMD Led technology provides very high luminosity, con 3.500 nits and wide angle, which allows the images and content to be seen from any point in the venue”, explained from Mondo Ibérica.

Other features are that it incorporates an advanced heat dissipation system., so it does not require a fan and, therefore, is the system is quieter, and has low energy consumption.

This screen is mainly used to inform attendees about the sports results of the matches being held., although it is not only used as a multisport electronic scoreboard, but as a visual system to display commercial advertisements for use in any other event held at the facility, even if it's not sporty.

As Pau Bosch explains, sports councilor of the Almussafes town hall, “The clubs that carry out their activities at the facility had been requesting this action for months.”, and from the Department of Sports we believe that it will contribute to improving the information provided to attendees. It is important to continue with the maintenance of public infrastructure, so that they continue to be a reference and are at the highest level”, the mayor highlights.
