Athletics returns to the Vallehermoso stadium that opens with a giant LED screen

The Madrid Meeting has returned this facility to the capital of Spain, that debuts a giant LED screen from Mondo Smart System 150 square meters.

This screen is the largest size supplied by Mondo for a rectangular surface, stomach 150 square meters. It has a pixel pitch of 10 millimeters (P10) and an optimal resolution for this type of screens located outdoors. In addition to the supply of the screen, Mondo has also been in charge of technical assistance for its installation.

Mondo has also facilitated technology plus the timing of the finish line in athletics events, providing the stadium with the FinishLynx video finish system, a team that takes series of photographs (from 1.000 a 10.000 fps) and in each of them the time taken to, later, to be able to certify arrival with maximum accuracy.

In addition to the 'video finish' system, Mondo has also supplied a false start detection system for the Vallehermoso Stadium to 9 streets, goal screens with Led Mondo Smart System technology and a photoelectric cell kit.
