Focusrite today announced the acquisition of the manufacturer of high-performance audio systems for installations and live Martin Audio, based in Buckinghamshire (United Kingdom); a purchase that follows that of Berlin-based studio speaker maker, Adam Audio.

The founder and president of Focusrite, Phil Dudderidge, pointed out that “I've known Martin Audio since its inception in Covent Garden at 1971.
