DAS Audio expands its Event line for live performances

The Event-26A two-way self-powered line array and the Event-115A bass reflex subwoofer are the new devices presented. In addition, The E11Even Sound by DAS Audio brand has also been unveiled, offering solutions that seek to return sound to the forefront of the nightclub sensory experience.

THE audio has expanded its product line with new models from the Event series and the introduction of the E11Even Sound by DAS Audio line. Some solutions that were presented in the last edition of NAMM 2020.

The new models are the Event-26A equipment and the Event-115A subwoofer.. The first is a two-way self-powered line array, ultra compact and light, in a double symmetrical configuration of 6,5 inches in a 'v' shape, offering wide and uniform horizontal coverage of 100º.

Its box contains high quality injected polypropylene, It has Powecon in/out connectors and DSP presets with DAScontrol. Event-26A is powered by a two-channel class D amplifier with 800 Wpeak and includes a DSP 24 bits that allows all the necessary processing, like X-over, equalizers, delays, FIR limiters and filters for flat phase response and greater dynamic range. Your configuration can vary from 4 until 16 boxes.

For your part, The Event-115A bass reflex subwoofer is a compact system, self-powered, front-loaded bass, that uses a single transducer 15 inches for low frequencies and provides long excursion and low distortion.

Designed for use with Event-26A, includes compatible rigging hardware and is powered by a class D amplifier with 1200 Wpeak. The new subwoofer also includes an LCD screen with DAScontrol interface that simplifies preset selection.

These solutions offer optimal performance in a wide variety of applications, such as installations and live performances. The system incorporates a state-of-the-art design, innovative engineering, and high-quality transducers to easily provide the best sound, offering an exceptional power/size ratio that makes it comfortable to transport and easy to configure.

New brand for nightlife

E11Even Sound by DAS Audio is the result of a collaboration agreement between the Miami-based business group and the Spanish sound manufacturer. A new brand that offers solutions that seek to return sound to the forefront of the nightclub sensory experience.

E11Even Sound by DAS Audio systems are designed to meet all the needs of nightclub facilities. This line debuts with nine different models that include a compact full range system with dual configuration 6 inches up to a dual subwoofer 21 inches, along with several intermediate models.

From large and medium stacks suitable for large rooms, to smaller reinforcement systems and subwoofers, so the series has a solution for each type of room.

Other models will soon be added to the series, including weather-ready options and even more options for booster systems.. Accompanying the new series will be a new DSP. The IO-48 is a processor with 4 tickets and 8 outputs with processing capacity 96 kHz with connection via Ethernet, WiFi or USB using intuitive and flexible 11-Net software for PC and MAC OS.
