Matrox opens a wave of multi-screen decoding applications with the new Maevex 6152 quad 4K

An ISE 2020 is demonstrating the new member of the Maevex family 6100. An all-in-one decoder’ low latency, with HDCP and multi-stream design support, offering high performance and multi-screen versatility.

Matrox has announced in WHEREAS 2020 the latest addition to the Maevex family 6100 Series: the Maevex decoder 6152 quad 4K. Built on the same technology as the rest of the line, decodes up to four 4K streams, or many lower resolution streams, on up to four 4K displays from a single standalone device.

Built in the same quiet, easy-to-mount 1U ½ rack design, it provides optimal decoding and display support for up to four low-latency 4K streams on 4K displays..

Maevex 6152 offers HDCP support, decoding HDCP content from a variety of sources, including external Blu-ray players, set-top boxes and video streaming devices. It also includes preset layouts that give users the flexibility to target up to eight streams on a single screen..
