Samsung promotes AI training for young Spaniards

The courses, scholarships entirely from Samsung, They will be taught in parallel at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Malaga. The training, which will begin at the beginning of September and will last approximately three months, It will be carried out in person as long as the competent authorities allow it.. To access this training program it is necessary to have: 18 y 25 years and have basic knowledge of programming, probability and statistics. Besides, They must be part of the community for Spanish developers Samsung Dev Spain, where the aim is to provide tools and knowledge to local developers to promote access to new challenges and professional opportunities.

This way, The course is intended for young people who have a special interest in developing their future in the field of artificial intelligence.

Of the 240 hours of course duration, two thirds will be allocated to the more theoretical part and to carrying out practical exercises, while the last month will be reserved to carry out a final course project in which students will demonstrate their knowledge in the different subjects taught., among which are Python, statistics, deep learning o machine learning. With this educational project, Samsung will form, in this first edition, to a total of 40 students, 20 for each participating university.
