The specialist in secure remote connectivity solutions TeamViewer has introduced a new integration with How much, interactive AV solutions provider; specifically with its EloView SaaS platform, allowing users to remotely and easily control digital signage devices, points of sale and self-service based on this manufacturer's technology.
Besides, TeamViewer adds one-to-one device troubleshooting power to EloView's content and system management capabilities for thousands of devices, so your customers can securely remotely deploy and manage their entire network of Android-powered Elo devices, for one or thousands of devices at a time.
From content deployment and configuration management to operating system maintenance, technical staff can leverage EloView to increase uptime and security.
With this integration, TeamViewer adds the ability to remotely troubleshoot Elo devices, including the ability to make changes during a live session at the device level (all without leaving the EloView platform), which gives technicians visibility of any incident on a specific device and fix it remotely.
Another advantage is that TeamViewer also provides a chat (for supported devices), device diagnostics and management of WiFi settings.

With this integration, Remote management capability in EloView acts as a catalyst to open a TeamViewer session - no on-site technician approval required- streamlining the process, saving time and decreasing the need for local support.
To enable it, Customers connect to TeamViewer from the EloView portal and select the device groups they want to access remotely. EloView will automatically deploy and start the TeamViewer agent on the target devices and the remote control option will appear on the device configuration page of this company.
