WallConnect Cloud is the new cloud-based remote monitoring and management platform that Barco has developed for its video wall portfolio.

Allows system integrators to monitor and diagnose their video wall installed base and verify, remotely, the state of a series of critical parameters. This results in greater operational efficiency, faster problem resolution, optimal uptime and optimized experience for both system integrators and end users.

Released in 2019, Barco WallConnect is the software platform that helps you intuitively install and configure a large format video wall, while ensuring that all panels display a perfect image over time (including Sense X auto brightness and color calibration) and allows settings to be adjusted and programmed when necessary.

The WallConnect Edge hardware device, recently presented, With its IoT capabilities it now securely connects to the WallConnect Cloud platform, allowing monitoring, remote diagnosis and control of the video wall.

The WallConnect Cloud platform is easy to use thanks to its intuitive, reliable, scalable and secure user interface.

By being able to remotely verify the status of the video wall and its critical parameters, Systems integrators can evaluate problems without having to travel to the site. This allows the necessary spare parts to be directly shipped on site or, even, fix it remotely. This reduces costs and provides greater speed.

Live dashboards also provide real-time information on the operating conditions of video wall displays for more effective device analysis and proactive problem resolution.. Users can securely access the IoT platform on any device with an Internet connection.

First version of WallConnect Cloud platform available for UniSee series and ODL-721 and ODL-821 RGB lasers, and will gradually expand to other products.
