AVIT Vision markets the new TouchONE Assist space reservation tool

TouchONE, firm that distributes AVIT Vision, has introduced the Assist tool, a platform that helps, in an easy and friendly way, to reserve any type of resource that is in the office as a meeting room, workstation, parking lot, lockers, table in dining room, etc.

Users are identified through a standardized interface, like Microsoft's in the case of Office 365, y, in this way, The platform meets all the security requirements that the company has already implemented.

During the reservation, The system offers a large number of filters to find the available resource, according to your requirements. The platform offers integration with building plans, which allows you to search for a space even more easily.

This tool offers native integration with Microsoft Teams. During the reservation of a resource, an in-person and virtual meeting can be created for people who cannot attend. Attendees receive a link with meeting connection information.

To make reservations directly at the site you want to occupy, the platform offers reservations through QR code. This is printed and installed in each meeting room, workstation, parking lot, dining room table or other resource and serves especially two functions: Reserve the site by scanning the QR code directly from your mobile or tablet and confirm the occupancy of the site (check-in). If the occupation is not confirmed, the platform releases the reserve and leaves the resource available.

Usage statistics

To know the actual use, the platform offers statistics. From the administrator's website they can be downloaded showing the use of shared resources, who is the person who has booked, with details, or even who is the person who always books and never confirms.

The system offers complete monitoring, with statistical reports about those who were at the same time on the same resource. This is a very useful functionality for health control.
