IFEMA will hold the virtual event Summit by SIMO Educación in March
The meeting, that will take place 17 y 18 within the LiveConnect Classroom-Education Week platform, seeks to promote contact and 'live' communication through a telepresence call that will revolve around the motto "Guide your future".
IFEMA has organized for 17 y 18 of March suMEMABY Educational. An event that will be held in online format, within the virtual platform Classroom-Education Week LiveConnect, and in parallel to a special Expoelearning meeting.
The meeting seeks to promote contact and 'live' communication through a telepresence call that will revolve around the motto "Guide your future.". In addition, It will also feature the celebration of the International Postgraduate and Continuing Training Exhibition, Schools Day and Educational Resources, as well as a special Expoelearning meeting on the e-learning sector and its response to the context marked by the pandemic.
The objective of Summit by SIMO Educación is to bring together the educational community of Spain and Latin America, as well as the entire technological ecosystem, around a contact space, reflection and analysis of the current situation, where to share real experiences and lessons learned for the future, and where to talk about innovation and digital skills in teaching activity.
Besides, This initiative aims to emphasize UNESCO's challenges regarding the universal right to education and the role that digital technology represents in facilitating communication and distance learning., and as a source of innovation and transformation both in the current scenario, as for the future of education.
The format and first content axes of this new Summit, which will serve as a prelude to the in-person celebration of the 2 al 4 November 2021 of the great annual event of technology for teaching, SIMO Education, have been supported by the Organizing Committee of the fair, in which technology companies are represented, editorials, as well as institutions and public entities such as INTEF, the madri+d Knowledge Foundation, Community of Madrid and Madrid City Council, among others.
The online program will contemplate the development of a plenary session on the opening day, round tables with the participation of renowned experts, a space to publicize practices that will actively give voice to teachers from different centers, and an area dedicated to engaging and listening to students.
