Utelogy offers control and monitoring of the entire AV infrastructure from U-Manage

The manufacturer has developed a new generation of administration portal that offers visibility of all rooms, teams, performance and incidents in a company.

U-Manage is the new portal for control and supervision systems Utelogy to keep track of all connected devices, with information about them and the system as a whole, to optimize room performance, real estate and equipment.

The Utelogy platform is independent of the technology equipment provider used in a facility, whose objective is to offer greater operational agility and provide monitoring and visibility of all rooms, teams, problems, performance and use of a company.

Thanks to it, Organizations can centrally manage their entire AV infrastructure for better efficiency, cost savings and increased uptime.

As it is a cloud-hosted service (in Microsoft Azure), U-Manage provides a global and organized view of a company from which you can monitor usage, state, room and asset performance and alerts.

With this solution it is possible to create virtual desktops (dashboards) custom data, configure alert notifications and store device warranty information, configuration and files firmware, as well as all the construction plans of the system.

It is also a repository for backing up room configuration files and data captured by U-Server. The Utelogy solution is available in Spain through AVIT Vision.
