Suzirya configures her conference room with Arec and Poly

In the new conference room Suzirya multimedia station has been installed Arec LS-200, as core of the system, and a video conferencing system Poly.

Ukrainian pet products and supplies distributor Suzirya has set up its new conference room using technology from Arec and Poly.

Developed by system integrator AVexpert, This project shows how Arec, brand that distributes AVIT Vision, can take conference recording and streaming to the next level.

Suzirya wanted to adapt to the new hybrid office work models and wanted to ensure that her conferences were held with the highest quality. AVexpert opted for a combination of Arec and Poly to achieve the best system for conferences.

Arec LS-200 was selected as the centerpiece of this system. This is a two-channel multimedia station that can mix, record and stream HDMI, VGA, audio and network sources in Full HD quality.

To start video calls, Poly video conferencing system was connected as a source on the LS-200. Thanks to the loop through function of the LS-200, conferences in progress are sent to the video wall, ensuring in-office assistants can focus on remote participants without distractions.

Besides, two cameras have been installed in the room: a standard PTZ to capture the audience and another Arec CI-T21H to follow the speaker.

To effectively use all sources in the room, An API was developed that allows the user to switch between the network cameras used, providing even more sources than would normally be possible. Besides, to offer even more options for conferences, A RADA Bridge was added to convert the LS-200's HDMI output into a USB signal for use in applications such as Teams, Skype o Zoom.

After completing the installation, Suzirya has a conference room where they can record, simultaneously stream and participate in video conferences, both hardware and software. The room is further complemented by precise tracking of the keynote speaker and capture of his audience in Full HD.
