LG UltraFine OLED Pro: High quality monitor for imaging professionals

The monitor 65 inches LG UltraFine OLED Pro 65EP5G includes professional tools for correct color adjustment. Ideal for the audiovisual entertainment sector, photography and production studios.

LG Electronics has presented the monitor in Spain 65 inches UltraFine OLED Pro 65EP5G, especially suitable for the audiovisual entertainment sector, photography studios, production control rooms, editing and color editing rooms.

Through its colorimetry adjustment tools, supports different setting options for content production: color temperature, RGB gain, color gamut (Native (sRGB) / DCI-P3 / BT709 / SMPTE-C (BT.2020) / EBU / Adobe RGB / NTSC) the EOTF (Electro-optical transfer function) Dolby Vision/ HDR10 /HLG.

With UHD resolution (3.840×2.160), the UltraFine OLED Pro offers looks 16:9, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a viewing angle of 170×170. Compatible with SuperSign WB and CalMAN SW hardware color calibration systems (Portrait Displays Solutions), with a grade level 1 de la EBU, allowing an improvement in white balance settings. SuperSign WB allows exact color reproduction avoiding chromatic errors.

This kit includes professional tools such as Dolby Audio professional sound editing function and audio level meter.; the LTC timing indicator (Longitudinal Time Code) y VITC (Vertical Interval Time Code); vectorscope and waveform monitor, that continuously monitors and analyzes the signal to make the necessary color corrections; zoom-in/zoom-out; and the professional tool for marking and locating editing areas.

As far as usability is concerned, it includes up to 10 custom profiles, allowing multiple editors to load their own content presets.

It also has an API-based control panel that makes it easy to include third-party, as an interconnecting element; SDI interface, to transfer high-capacity content over a single 12G-SDI cable, as well as stably transmit over long distances with dual/quad link transmission method.

Regarding connectivity, It has a dual DisplayPort port, three USB connectors (including one Type-C) and an HDMI input. The monitor incorporates a small support 430 mm. for easy installation in a small space. It also allows anchoring to the wall with a VESA 300.×300.
