Avixa InfoComm 2021

Avixa has organized a virtual experience with access to the conferences and activities of InfoComm 2021. In this way, in addition to the in-person event, will open its doors to people who wish to participate online and will have an interactive event that will take place at the end.

InfoComm 2021 It goes beyond being an in-person event, which will be celebrated from 27 al 29 October in Orlando (Florida), to open its doors to the online world. Avixa (the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), has organization in charge of producing the event, will offer a virtual experience that will include live streaming of content generated during the fair. Besides, will allow interested people to have the possibility of participating online from anywhere.

“We are excited to bring elements of InfoComm 2021 beyond the walls of the convention center”, comment Rochelle Richardson, CEM, Senior Vice President of Exhibitions and Events at Avixa. “The virtual experience will allow people from all over the world to join online to be aware of the highlights of the solutions and products that will be exhibited”.

The virtual experience will feature a daily morning show, called InfoComm Morning Show, which will be broadcast live and will include interviews with industry experts and keynote speakers.

There will also be a live broadcast of the Technology Innovation Stage, where they will be presented 25 sessions that will cover trends in professional AV solutions, a state of the industry presentation by the team Avixa Market Intelligence, plus new product launches and demonstrations.

The inaugural conference of Avixa Women’s Council, by Sara Potecha, author of the book West Point Woman: How Character is Created and Leadership is Learned, It will also be broadcast live. At the end of each day, A summary will be broadcast with the highlights of the day.

Virtual Post-Show Event

This year's digital experience will include InfoComm Virtual Post-Show Event, which will take place 9 al 10 November, with interactive sessions and individual appointment scheduling with InfoComm exhibitors.

Como parte del InfoComm Virtual Post-Show Event, a selection of InfoComm conferences and collaboration sessions 2021 and all sessions D=Sign will be available on demand.

These sessions explore topics such as designing flexible collaboration spaces, interactivity and the use of touch screens in a post-pandemic world, or the security and privacy of digital signage networks.

Those attending InfoComm in person 2021 will have free access to both on-demand content, of the 1 al 30 November, like the Virtual Post Show.
