Yamaha RUio16-D adds VST3 plugin to Dante-based audio systems

Small, light and resistant, RUio16-D/VST Rack Pro de Yamaha allows users to add VST3 plugins to any Dante-based audio system, expanding live sound creation options, streaming and other applications.

With dimensions of only 180x125x42 mm, Yamaha RUio16-D It can be connected to a PC/Mac via USB and works perfectly with the software VST Rack Pro (license included), to easily add functionality to plugins VST3 to Dante-based audio systems.

VST Rack Pro's simple user interface makes it easy to use VST3 plugins, even in the most pressured live situations, allowing performers to use the same plugins as when recording. Also manages custom presets per rack, effect and scene, reducing setup time.

In addition to allowing engineers to use their favorite VST3 plugins, VST Rack Pro includes over thirty high-quality plugins from Yamaha and Steinberg, as hardware emulations of classic compressors and equalizers using the virtual circuit modeling (VCM) from the manufacturer, as well as the reverberations REV-X.

Steinberg plugins included are Quadrafuzz v2, REVerence Sampling Reverb and VST Amp Rack, plus Cloner to troubleshoot, and the visual monitoring tools MultibandEnvelopeShaper and SuperVision.

Yamaha RUio16-D provides sixteen inputs and an equal number of Dante outputs; a high-quality microphone preamplifier and two analog audio inputs and outputs with phantom power, allowing it to be used as an interface for acoustic measurements.

It also has independent gain control, with pad switch for each analog input; Switched monitor/Dante/USB output level control and a headphone output with volume control.

Includes the useful function Bypass USB, which bypasses VST3 plugins without interrupting the sound, automatically adjusting the output volume to a pre-set SPL to ensure the performance continues smoothly.
