The interactive kiosk AirxTouch Kiosk Series 3 has premiered in St-Hubert restaurants in Quebec. It is a team that combines the digital signage of Samsung with Air Touch optical sensors.

Samsung Electronics E iNUI Studio have announced the kiosk AirxTouch Kiosk Series 3, a team that ensures the safety of staff and customers, while helping to speed up transactions and improve order accuracy, all from a contactless interactive display.

To design this kiosk, iNUI Studio has used a screen Samsung QMR Series 55 Inch which has combined with digital signage with innovative optical sensors Air Touch and a powerful processor. Available in a variety of colors, the kiosk can be customized for different high-traffic environments, including quick-service restaurants, Hotels, shops and transport hubs.

One of the first companies to use this solution is the Canadian restaurant chain. St-Hubert, that has installed them in premises in Montreal and Laval (Quebec). With Air Touch technology, customers can order their meals on a screen whose surface they do not need to physically touch.

Based on image processing algorithms, patented Air Touch technology offers optimal interaction to 5 cm of the screen and an intuitive user experience. Enabling click interactions, double-click, drag and drop, swipe and zoom, with an accuracy of 3 Mm, Air Touch is as easy to use as a conventional touch device.

"Thanks to Samsung's display technology, we can build a new kiosk standard for quick service restaurants. Air Touches as simple to use as traditional devices, but with the added benefit of promoting health", Says Olivier Raulot, founder and CEO of iNUI Studio.

The AirxTouch Kiosk Series Solution 3 integrates the Screen Samsung QMR Series of 55 Inch, offering intelligent UHD scaling and rich colors with Dynamic Crystal Colour. With a slim design, provides ultra high definition 4K resolution, creating realistic images with crisp image quality.
