TouchONE adds new features to its Assist room booking solution
Among the new features offered by the version 6.8.1 of TouchONE Assist is found Navigation feature, that takes users to any type of resource, using the routes drawn on the plans.

Among the new features of the new version 6.8.1 you will find the Navigation feature, that takes users to any type of resource, using both the routes drawn on the plans and the clear navigation instructions.
The first step is to select the desired destination.. Your starting position is determined by scanning a QR code (or by entering the specific numbering) that is closest to the user at that moment. This action is followed by the automatic rendering of the path that leads through the given space to the final destination.
Both the rendered path and written directions will be available to guide you. These can be viewed in their entirety or viewed in the carousel on the map.
The given space (building, complex, etc.) It is divided into certain areas (almost always plants). The so-called portals are used on the map to move between them. They can be, For example, stairs, elevators, etc. The moment you reach one of the portals, the map will automatically move to the next new area where you must continue the journey.
If you get lost along the way, It is possible to specify your current real location at any time by scanning the nearest new QR code. From that moment, the app will automatically guide you from that point.
Create orders
It is also possible to create orders in the application. These can be entered either when making a reservation or during an event in progress (that is to say, an active reservation at that time).
Typical orders for a specific resource are, For example, report a defect in the room and, therefore, request a repair, a car wash, etc. In the case of an event, it could be a soda order, but also services (cleaning, facilities service, etc.). All elements are defined in touchONE-admin.
The TouchONE Assist solution is available through user licenses and two versions are available: Assist-Room, intended for room reservation, y Assist-Workplace, oriented to the reservation of resources, as work spaces, desks and similar
