Ship G100-W19 reinvents the legendary life of Emperor Shun

In it Jiuyishan National Forest Park (Hunan province – China) there is an underground karst cave called Zixiayan. With his 1.556 meters long, stone columns, Stalagmites and stone waterfalls everywhere attract numerous visitors every year for their beauty, as well as for its scientific importance, historical and cultural.

Considering the complexity of the curved surface, from the ground to the top of the karst cave, Barco's team precisely measured the distance from each location to the dome, as well as the angles needed for the projectors to move and the overall size of the projected images. To better adapt to the special landscape, The team designed a custom projector frame and thermostat.

The laser phosphor light source of the G100-W19 , along with advanced cooling design and optimal heat radiation, enables stable performance, with low noise levels, even at extreme temperatures and humidity.

To ensure the long-term stable performance of devices in such a humid cave, A dehumidification system has been installed that works 24 hours of the day, los 7 days of the week on each projector cabinet. This keeps the operating humidity of the devices within the range of 2 % of the ideal environment. All this is done to present a stunning ceiling light show that integrates the beauty of nature and technology..
