PPDS has announced ultra-narrow digital signage displays Philips S-Line, offering new creative possibilities for high-impact installations in space-constrained environments.
Presented for the first time during the last edition of ISE, The S-Line series is now available in Spain. 37 inches of PPDS – Philips Professional Display (37BDL3050S). This adds a new dimension to the digital signage and dvLED product portfolio.. This solution features a striking aspect ratio of 32:9 (928,5×282,3×48,7 mm).
Built to perform 24/7, offers high reliability and is equipped with a brightness of 700 cd/m² (1.920×540). The S-Line line is ideal for a wide variety of sectors and uses, as public premises, transport, restaurants and shops.

As a complement to the PPDS digital signage range – Philips Professional Display, The S-Line series' elongated design and narrow bezel frame open up a multitude of opportunities, as it can deliver crisp, high-impact content in spaces where traditional digital signage may not be suitable due to size limitations.
With vertical or horizontal mounting, Philips S-Line screens can transform almost any surface - even on shelves, above busy order points, transportation hubs and other tight spaces- in areas of great digital activity where the aim is to attract attention.
From general communications that include the brand, the marketing, area/exhibition information and schedules, to orientation and menu panels, Philips S-Line guarantees wide printing. With a weight of 7,76 kilos, Screens can also be mounted in a wide range of spaces, even on temporary walls, such as those used in kiosks and concessions, and pop ups inside shopping centers.
Built with flexibility in mind, and to eliminate current market limitations, Philips S-Line displays can be installed as a stand-alone solution or daisy-chained using PPDS's versatile HMDI link technology – Philips Professional Display, as part of a multi-display setup for creative, compact layouts. For tiled configurations, You just have to connect two or more screens using a single external player.
Control and supervision
Like other interactive displays, dvLED and professional televisions from PPDS, Philips S-Line displays are equipped with a wide range of solutions, ready to use, ensuring seamless integration and almost instant setup.
When working with Android 8, It is optimized for native Android applications, and users can install the applications they want directly on the screen.
Besides, by integrating a media player, Content can be created and scheduled via USB or internal memory, helping to ensure screens remain active at all times, even in case of network interruption. They are activated from standby mode to play the desired content and return to standby mode once playback is complete.
Philips S-Line will also soon support the PPDS Wave cloud platform, adding remote management capabilities, whether screens are located in one or multiple locations around the world.
