Led Dream creates artistic visual canvas for Diagonal office building 123

Cushman & Wakefield has had its technological partner Led Dream to design a large Led video canvas in the reception of this innovative office building, in the 22@ Barcelona district.

Designed by French architect Dominique Perrault with a balanced and elegant play of volumes that transmits dynamism and movement, the exclusive building Diagonal 123, also known as Go123, houses more than 10.000 m² of offices and commercial premises in one of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona.

Recognized as one of the European leaders in innovation in the concept of digital and sustainable offices, Those responsible for the building have completed its remodeling to increase its quality levels and environmental certification Breeam Excellent y Well Platinum.

The main challenge of this reform, carried out by the real estate services consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, has been to create an innovative visual space for the building's reception, capable of offering a unique experience where visitors are immersed through impressive content, which in turn generate a feeling of well-being and comfort.

To carry out this digital project, Cushman & Wakefield has had the collaboration of its technological partner Led Dream, that has been in charge, through the construction company He started (Civity Group), of the design, supply and implementation of Led technology, as well as all the necessary facilities and structures.

Specifically, has been installed Led screen large format (of 50m2), “configured in the form of L spanning wall and ceiling, con pixel pitch de 2,6 mm, resolution close to 4K and high quality of image processing and color depth”, explained from Led Dream.

Besides, Different visual and dynamic contents have been designed for this from an artistic perspective to surprise and involve visitors, with nature themes, landscapes, textures, etc. A combination of design, audiovisual art and technology, whose digital content Led Dream has run through Channel4you, group company specialized in this area.

To create this immersive experience in visitors, Moving graphics have also been designed that provide a 3D and digital art look on the LED screen., conveying to the viewer that the elements are moving towards them. The content has been integrated with the space in a creative and natural way through the use of very similar textures, both in the constructive part and in the digital elements.

To provide a communication channel of interest from the building itself and more, different have been designed custom HTML templates and dynamics that offer real-time weather information, directories, services, events in the area and cultural agenda, as well as content and messages of brand value to reinforce the corporate identity.

Besides, Each floor of the building has twelve professional monitors. Samsung, with a size of 24”, resolution Full HD and super narrow design to display high-quality images from any angle.
