Obsidian will attend LDI 2022 with its complete offer for the Onyx platform
Inside the Onyx lighting platform Obsidian Control System the NX1 console is located, the compact, motorized wing faders NX P, the USB-powered control surface for NX K.
Obsidian Control Systems will return to the fair LDI, which will be held in vegas of the 18 al 20 November, and show designers, programmers and operators their new releases included in the lighting control platform Onyx.
Visitors will be able to try out Obsidian's NX1 lighting console, a scalable solution that offers the full Onyx experience in a compact package.
Offers a host of professional features and is built with the latest industrial components. Obsidian will also showcase a compact, motorized fader wing, the NX P, as well as a small USB-powered control surface for Onyx, the NX K. Both companions of the NX1 console.
They will also highlight the latest developments of the Onyx platform, from powerful NDI video input connectivity to new luminaire parameter configuration options.
The new devices in Obsidian's Netron data distribution line, easy to configure, will also be present.
Obsidian NX1
The NX1 is a portable lighting console, with all functions, running Obsidian's Onyx platform.
Using the Onyx operating system, The NX1 offers a slate of professional features such as an HD multi-touch screen of 10,1 inches, high gloss; 4 assignable parameter encoders; 10 Motorized playbacks with four freely assignable buttons plus a hybrid array of extra playback and function keys. A dedicated Master Go section completes the front panel design.
The latest in industrial components enables fast start-up times, instant operation and the possibility of processing 8 universes directly on the console.
With four DMX ports, one Gigabit network for up to 8 Art-Net universes, sACN and the Onyx X-Net protocol, the NX 1 Has extensive connectivity and power for a wide variety of shows and applications.
Supports an additional touch monitor for even more direct access at any time. It is expandable with the dedicated NX K keyboard and NX P motorized playback wing. A simple magnetic alignment system allows attachment to either side of the NX1.
Obsidian NX P
NX P is a compact, motorized fader wing for the Onyx platform. It is the ideal expansion for any Onyx console 1 y systems Onyx PC, and replicates the entire playback section of the NX1.
Four integrated DMX ports provide instant connectivity to the lighting system. Multiple NX P wings can be connected to any Onyx console or PC system, expanding direct access with 20 plays at the same time.
Flexible set of buttons can be assigned to playback control or function keys.
NX P reproduces the layout and all the functionality of the surfaces of the NX1 and NX4 consoles, so all operation is fluid and intuitive.
A simple magnetic alignment system allows it to be attached to any side of the NX1 console or NX K control panel.
Obsidian NX K
NX K is a small USB-powered control surface for Onyx. The perfect companion for the NX1 console and Onyx PC systems. Replicates the full keyboard and command section of larger consoles.
Four encoders complete the programming experience for quick, direct access to parameters. A simple magnetic alignment system allows attachment to either side of the NX1 console or NX P motorized fader wing.
