The Led Studio and VOD Visual develop an innovative Led screen cabinet
Called V1 Architecture, this innovative cabinet, created by The Led Studio in collaboration with VOD Visual, offers multiple options of LED light emitters and will be shown for the first time in WHEREAS 2023.
Rated by its creators, English companies The Led Studio y VOD Visual, as “the first cabinet design with Led screen in the industry”, V1 Architecture arises with the objective of improving the sustainability and offer future-proof solutions thanks to its compatibility with three LED technologies advanced.
V1 Architecture, which will debut in WHEREAS 2023, of the 31 from January to 3 February (pavilion 3, stand R250) in Barcelona Fair – Gran Via, It has the same overall dimensions as a 43” LCD flat panel and can be built using LED light emitters.: SMD, Flip-Chip SMD o Flip-Chip SMD de alto brillo, thanks to printed chip board design.
Individual die casting cabinets Edge Pro are designed as a direct replacement for 43” LCDs (in diagonal), con 38 mm deep and weigh 11 kg to replicate the specifications of standard commercial LCD panels of that size. The panel has two mounting methods, either install directly on a wall or hang with standard Vesa mounts.
Another of its differentials is that it is three times brighter than LCD screens traditional, given that, when using high-brightness Flip-Chip pixel technology, reaches until 4.000 nits to ensure that image quality is maintained and not distorted in any indoor environment.
In this sense, The Led Studio usa su patented sustainability technology to reduce energy consumption by up to 75%, according to company data, compared to LCD screens in this range, to which is added his durability, estimated at more than 100.000 hours, with respect to the three-year life cycle offered by the previous.
V1 Architecture solution in Edge Pro cabinets provides wide viewing angles, color accuracy, high dynamic range and DCI-P3 support to deliver amazing visual results. Added to this is a high frequency of update of 3.840 Hz, especially suitable for immersive applications and eliminate motion blur.
Con pixel steps ranging from superfine of 0,75 mm up to 2,5 mm, V1 Architecture only requires that the 30% of the screen during the update, so he 70% remaining remains intact, according to company data, which significantly reduces the cost and improves the sustainability of the project.
As pointed out Rob Bint, CEO of The Led Studio, “Our ability to present an LED display with the option to choose between three advanced manufacturing technologies and multiple pixel shades is a massive evolution in the LED industry”.
This development “responds to multiple specific demands from end users,” says this manager.- by giving them access to advanced technologies within their budgets, while helping plan future updates. “This is an important turning point in a movement towards a more sustainable display industry.”.
