GoodNews digitizes its points of sale with nsign.tv
This Grab coffee chain&Go has been installed in its premises in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris various LCD monitors (mostly from 50 inches) and uses the digital signage platform of nsign.tv to manage content.
GoodNews, the Spanish start-up specializing in the sale of coffee in kiosks and small stores, has digitized twenty of its points of sale in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris with the platform digital signage by nsign.tv. This allows you to display visual content interactively, improving your customers' experience and increasing your billing.
“GoodNews' target audience is mainly young, grown hand in hand with new technologies and their adaptations, “So we were clear that digitizing our stores had to be one of our big changes.”, explains Jan Barthe, CEO of GoodNews.
The company, that turned traditional newsstands into Grab stores&Go selling coffee, sought to replace the illuminated signs with the menu with a more interactive and visual system, that will help better convey your brand, beyond the product offering, offering a 360º experience.
“We chose nsign.tv because it met all the requirements we had according to our needs and, from the beginning, communication was very simple and easy, “So we saw that the match between both brands was perfect”, adds Jan Barthe.
GoodNews has installed various points of sale in its different points of sale LCD monitors (mostly from 50 inches) managed by nsign.tv software, which allows them to issue both the letter (menu boards) like new creatives and campaigns.
The GoodNews design team is responsible for managing the nsign.tv software, ideal for users without technical knowledge, loading and programming all the contents of the screens of your premises quickly and intuitively.
“The nsign.tv platform is very intuitive and, the most important thing, It has previews to check the content before sending it”, indica Jan Barthe. “We would also highlight the user interface and the response time/speed when loading. With the training provided at the beginning it was more than enough for us to be able to handle the application. This digitization improves the entire in-store experience of our customers. In the end we have managed to make our letter read better and be much more visual than the posters we had before”, explains Barthe.
It also highlights that this solution allows them to provide more disruptive communications in video format “that highlight new product launches.”, or surprise the consumer with flash promotions that are only active at specific times. Besides, the return on investment is very positive, increasing the turnover of all points of sale as they have been updated in digitalization.”
Currently, GoodNews is opening new stores in Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and Amsterdam where it continues to bet on this model of digitalized stores with the help of nsign.tv, and plans to incorporate new display devices to continue providing a differential experience to its customers.
