Ricoh develops new category of smart meeting solutions

Smart Meeting is the new range that Ricoh has launched in EMEA and will be marketed through PFU Limited. The first devices available on the market will be portable monitors.

Ricoh has announced a new category of products designed for smart meetings. Launched in the EMEA region exclusively through PFU Limited and designed with today's hybrid work world in mind, to the range Smart Meeting will include audiovisual devices aimed at both professionals and large organizations that will improve the quality of their collaborations and the productivity of meetings.

The consulting Gartner predicts that at the end of 2023 he 39% of the knowledge workers will work in a hybrid way in the world. The range of Ricoh Smart Meeting devices will offer products that will not only align with current collaboration programs, but will also make meetings more immersive, attractive and collaborative.

The first equipment to be launched within this category are the Ricoh portable monitors, with more products to follow throughout the year.

Ricoh portable monitors are the first products to be launched within this category. Portable and ultra-light, features a very lightweight design, with OLED quality and touch screen 15,6 inches, both in its wired and completely wireless versions. An optional stylus is also available for writing, draw and annotate content directly for fast and effective communication.
