Crestron helps Pacific Service transition to hybrid work

In the new headquarters of Pacific Service Credit Union, Crestron Flex controls multiple spaces, including offices and meeting rooms, to facilitate its use and provide a uniform configuration of the rooms.

Pacific Service Credit Union has opted for Crestron Flex to foster collaboration in new building that includes a corporate office and attached branch office. It is a financial institution that serves several counties around its headquarters in Concord (California). Offers products and services to its 65.000 partners to help them achieve their monetary goals.

As the business grew, needed more space for employees to collaborate, work efficiently and participate in the office culture. This is why it decided to purchase and renovate an existing building to house its corporate office and an attached branch..

The comprehensive remodel allowed Pacific Service Credit Union to incorporate new technologies and modernize the building to adapt it to its brand, while allowing it to keep up with the pace of business expansion.

For this new space, it needed technology to support its employees during the change to hybrid work. With the aid of Creation Network, Pacific Service Credit Union was able to implement it to fit their new office design.

Crestron Flex controls multiple spaces within the headquarters, including offices and meeting rooms, to facilitate its use and provide a uniform configuration of the rooms. A front sound bar, combined with a camera, Provides an optimal audio and video experience so employees can easily connect and engage with customers from anywhere.

The Pacific Service Credit Union boardroom is controlled by a touch screen Crestron, enabling content switching and routing, as well as an interface to join a meeting platform within the room.

To complement the new modern office design, Pacific Service Credit Union uses a videowall that displays up-to-date content and allows employees to make easy presentations through HDMI connectivity.

Another collaboration room doubles as a Crestron Flex training classroom for employees. The large screen ensures they can see any part of the room and multiple cameras capture the entire space for remote participants.

When renovating the office, I knew I needed spaces for electronic collaboration. In the new conference rooms, Creation Networks has installed large dual monitors that allow screen sharing, hybrid collaboration and employee engagement.

This makes it easy for participants in the room to always see remote users and shared content., instead of one or the other. Crestron technology has been instrumental in allowing Pacific Service Credit Union to collaborate with others who may not be physically present.
