Crestron shows at ISE 2024 your new PTZ cameras 1 Beyond

Designed to redefine the video experience in large meeting spaces, the new cameras Crestron combine optical zoom, Visual AI tracking and multi-camera switching functions.

Crestron Electronics has gone to WHEREAS 2024 with your new PTZ cameras 1 Beyond. A range that can be seen at your stand (3H300) and includes four models, each equipped with optical zoom to maintain the integrity and pixel quality of captured images.

This range is made up of equipment i12 e i20, with Visual AI framing and tracking functions, as well as p12 and p20, Standard PTZ cameras complement the features of the Crestron Automate VX multi-camera speaker tracking solution.

The new Crestron line 1 Beyond PTZ addresses a critical need for automated cameras, adequate to provide the experience required in large meeting spaces. The participants in the room must be captured clearly and framed appropriately, regardless of where they are sitting, raising meeting equity and engagement.

Static wide shots of a large meeting space are not enough to foster connection and communication between in-person and remote participants, and poor quality digital zoom or jerky movements from automated PTZ can cause remote participants to disconnect.
Designed for great performance and easy installation, cameras offer the flexibility to be used as part of a room solution or independently.

Smart PTZ cameras with Visual AI

Crestron models 1 Beyond i12 e i20 son smart PTZ cameras that incorporate Visual AI, ideal for improving framing and tracking in medium and large rooms.

An integrated processing unit and built-in reference camera enable the i12 and i20 to frame and track groups, presenters or zones quickly and intelligently. Crestron Visual AI detect and track a speaker, even when the subject's back is turned or wearing a mask, and anticipates behaviors so that camera movement is fluid and natural.

The i12 model, designed for medium and large spaces, offers an optical zoom of 12 magnifications and can be used for both group framing and basic presenter tracking up to a distance of about eight meters.

Using Visual AI, two i12 cameras can be paired and, when someone enters or leaves a designated area, the cameras will switch automatically. The i20 model is designed for large and extra-large spaces and offers 20x optical zoom. Offers enhanced presenter tracking of up to 15 meters with group tracking and pre-established zones.

Standard PTZ cameras with speaker tracking

Crestron models 1 Beyond p12 and p20 are standard PTZ cameras. The p12 is suitable for medium to large rooms with a 12x optical zoom, while the p20 is suitable for large and extra-large rooms, since it offers a 20x optical zoom.

The cameras 1 Beyond are designed for flexible deployment as stand-alone devices or as part of a multi-camera solution. With the Crestron multi-camera speaker tracking solution Automate VX, can be used up to 12 cameras in a single space with switching, Automatic framing and tracking based on who's speaking so you can capture every angle.
