Terra Solis installs a versatile and flexible sound system based on L-Acoustics

In this multi-purpose entertainment space in Dubai, a sound system consisting of four L-Acoustics K3, KS28 and LA12X amplified controllers, for the pool area; while the DJ booth features Syva subwoofers, Syva Low y SB15.

Located in the middle of the Arabian sand dunes, Land of the Sun It is one of the last of Dubai's premium desert destinations. Created by Tomorrowland, one of the most emblematic electronic music festivals in the world, This multipurpose venue is located 40 minutes from the city. With luxurious accommodation options, a dazzling pool, a restaurant, a bar and a lounge, This eastern oasis extends over an expanse of 371.000 square meters, combining music, entertainment and gastronomy.

Working in collaboration with L-Acoustics integration partner in Dubai, Levels AV has designed and delivered a the K3 system that injects the manufacturer's iconic sound signature into this venue, setting the stage for a sensory journey.

“They wanted the best audio for their venue and, as we have a long-standing relationship with L-Acoustics, We recommend it as the best option. We create a detailed specification for sound systems, including K3 models, KS28 and Syva with SB15m , as well as A10 and KS21 in the DJ booth”, explains Richard Prior, COO of Levels AV.

Circular in plan, the amphitheater occupies the top of the circle and is mainly used for concerts and large-scale events, with a bar in the center and a pool area at the bottom of the circle.

In the pool area four L-Acoustics K3 have been installed stacked on the floor with two subwoofers KS28, controlled using LA12X amplified controllers .

According to Prior, The system is designed to be flexible and expandable, allowing your technical team to add more K3 and KS28 boxes for larger events and concerts. “We have created a versatile sound system that can adapt to any occasion”, duck.

While the K3 system handles most of the sound in the pool area during the day, the entertainment focus shifts to the DJ booth located in the center of the complex at night. To ensure a continuous audio experience, the team installed Syva subwoofers, Syva Low and SB15 behind the DJ booth, ensuring coverage of the entire bar area with evenly distributed sound.

Since the venue team plans to host around eight large-scale Tomorrowland-style events annually, Prior and the Levels AV team are assured of a continued partnership between Terra Solis, with multiple opportunities to upgrade the installed system by providing L-Acoustics rental systems.
