Powersoft reveals plans for its new Human Audio Experience Center headquarters
With the aim of becoming a global audio center of excellence, Powersoft has announced the strategic development plan, innovation and sustainability that will be centralized in this new headquarters in Italy.
The recent signing of a preliminary lease agreement with Bluesky Immobiliare S.r.l., who will own the building, lays the foundations for a plan aimed at reinforcing the growth and innovation trajectory of Powersoft.
With an innovative design carried out by the architecture firm Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia, the new headquarters of Powersoft Human Audio Experience Center, located in the Italian city of Scandicci, in the Tuscany region, “will stand as a global audio center of excellence”, as this manufacturer assures.
With an area of more than 9.200 m² distributed over four floors, The new Powersoft headquarters has been built to accommodate the increase in staff planned in the company development plan for the next few years.

The use of photovoltaic panels and energy efficient technologies underlines the manufacturer's commitment to minimizing its environmental footprint, while the building with LEED certification demonstrates how design and architecture can seamlessly integrate with the surrounding green space, presenting accessible areas for interaction, socializing and organizing events, including those for the local community.

Philosophy revolves around placing people, technology and experimentation at the center of the company's plan, with spaces designed to meet the diverse needs of employees, customers, consultants and guests, as well as students and the local community.
In addition to the areas intended to promote innovation and technological excellence through research laboratories, quality testing spaces, product measurement and demonstration, This center will have green areas, meeting rooms, sports areas, a canteen and corners to drink coffee; “environments to cultivate a vibrant and welcoming workplace to foster collaboration”.
