Martin lights up Carnival Cruise's most advanced cruise ship

Different lighting fixtures have been installed in the entertainment areas of the Carnival Jubilee ship. Martin, including MAC Ultra models, MAC Aura, ERA, ELP, Exterior, Atomic y VC.

Harman Professional Solutions has announced the collaboration of Martin Professional y Carnival Cruise Line to carry out the lighting installation on board the recently built cruise ship, Jubilee. Initially sailed from Galveston (Texas – EE. UU), in December 2023 and currently offers trips of six to nine days with destinations in the Western Caribbean Sea.

With a capacity that exceeds 5.300 guests and 1.700 crew members, Jubilee has been designed to be the largest ship, bright and bold carnival.

To create the lighting design in different entertainment venues, theaters and performance spaces, Carnival's design team was looking for a solution that would encompass a versatile and spectacular performance, using the latest cutting-edge technologies, guaranteeing maximum uptime, reliability and ease of service.

Through a long partnership that has enabled Carnival's entire fleet of vessels to be equipped, Martin Professional was selected to provide lighting for all Jubilee entertainment venues.

To respond to all requirements, A variety of Martin's most powerful and efficient luminaire ranges have been specified, included MAC Ultra, MAC Aura, ERA, ELP, Exterior, Atomic y VC.

“Martin accessories are reliable and easy to maintain and clean”, says Silviu Ardelean, Carnival Cruise Line entertainment technical supervisor. “It is easy for us to train technicians because the way Martin accessories are manufactured is modular and it is easy to remove parts, clean them and put them back together”.
