AMD presents its advances in immersive AV, adaptive and intelligent
Together with strategic partners, AMD has shown in the recent edition 2025 of WHEREAS in Barcelona its diverse portfolio of AVoIP solutions, UHD and AI processing to support next-generation AV technologies.
The manufacturer AMD has made during his participation in WHEREAS 2025 demonstrations, in collaboration with strategic technology partners, so that the market knows the flexibility of its solutions in multiple AV over IP applications, video connectivity and processing, as well as your support for AI-based innovations to improve user experience.
“Technology providers have a wide variety of options when implementing AV over IP solutions and AMD customers can work with almost any standard using a single chip”, underlines Ramesh Iyer, su director senior Pro AV, broadcast and consumer.
Working collaboratively with partners on leading AV over IP protocols, “an ISE 2025 we show how we are Pushing the boundaries of innovation in immersive displays and 8K video processing, as well as in novel use cases of AI in AV applications”, concludes Iyer.
AMD demos
OFF over IP
- IPMX with privacy encryption protocol (PEP): new feature added by Adeas and Nextera Video to their IPMX IP core portfolio, ST 2110, NMOS that improve the privacy of multimedia content based on VSF TR-10-13. Cores are compatible with AMD Zynq SoCs and FPGAs 7030 y UltraScale+.
- IS|HX3: exhibition of a range of camera products, converters and displays that support both NDI|HX3 as high bandwidth NDI, offering both options on AMD adaptive SoCs for the first time.
- Dante: expanded platform support with single chip/module solutions and new IP cores, for both network audio and video.
- IP10: with new Blackmagic Design codec to support ST workflows 2110.
- HTJ2K: FPGA-based encoding and decoding demonstration of the High-Throughput JPEG mezzanine codec 2000 royalty of royalty for Streaming AV.
- JPEG XS: extending capabilities from JPEG XS to AV over IP, intoPIX shows new temporal differential encoding profile (TDC) and main flow support + proxy with your TicoXS FIP solution, capable of running on FPGA, SoC, CPU y GPU de AMD.
