Haptic Move technology Powersoft Turns low-frequency audio into powerful tactile vibrations at this Polish nightclub, so that customers, even with some hearing impairment, they can physically feel the music as it spreads across the ground.

Located in the four star hotel Thermal mine & Ski, in southern Poland, the night club Bania Music Club has gone one step further in inclusion for all your clients and that they can feel the music and dance without hearing barriers, with the country's first immersive dance floor.

For this, el integrador local The Clue Group has deployed the Powersoft Move haptic technology, with the installation of more than thirty transducers on the track, to convert the low frequency audio coming from the speakers of Bose Professional in powerful tactile vibrations that allow customers to physically feel the music as it spreads through the ground and penetrates the body.

This project is part of a broader upgrade of AVL systems, how do you explain Jarosław Repeć, Sales Director Poland at Bose Professional: “Bania Music has created a inclusive and accessible club experience that engages the senses in a way that traditional sound systems alone cannot, for which audio processors are also used, controllers and speakers of this brand”.

The Powersoft Mover haptic system, in combination with Bose Professional speakers, is used to improve the nightclub experience for people with hearing loss: “This type of installation helps them enjoy the experience and feel the rhythm through the ground. It is important that these types of spaces do not forget about people with hearing difficulties”, Repeć emphasizes.

Despite being located just below the hotel rooms, The audiovisual technology installed at Bania Music Club allows us to offer customers an uncompromising club experience. Mover drivers focus their energy directly on the dance floor, while the Bose Professional sound system, with precise control, and a directional subwoofer configuration keep bass energy contained within the space, preserving silence in the surrounding areas.

The installation also makes use of the DSP+D Quattrocanali amplifiers 4804 de Powersoft Dante enabled, that interact with a fully networked AV over IP infrastructure, along with a Led screen Samsung 130”, an automation system Crestron and immersive lighting controlled via DMX.

Moving allows the audience to feel the sound by vibrating the surrounding environment that, in turn, It is captured by the human body and transmitted by bone conduction to the inner ear, translating vibrations into perceptible frequencies.

In addition to the dance floors, This Powersoft patented low frequency direct drive tactile transducer suits a wide range of applications, such as 4D cinemas and theme parks.

As a compact cube of 9 cm, Mover can be installed anywhere, under the floor or under a seat, and in all cases it improves the immersive experience”.

As he adds Cristiano Traferri, Account Manager at Powersoft, “Bania Music Club is the first project we carried out with Mover in Poland, thanks to the trust placed in us by Grupa Clue. “We are very positive about the future and this is just the beginning”.
